Henry Horenstein is an editorial and documentary photographer. He lives in Boston, MA, where he has worked as a teacher and author since the early 1970s. He has written over 30 books, including:Honky Tonk,Humans,Creatures,Aquatics,Canine,Racing DaysandClose Relations. He is also author of the widely used textbookBlack and White Photography. His photographs are in the collections of numerous museums, includingHouston's Museum of Fine Arts, andAtlanta's High Museum of Art.
